Maintain strict sleep schedule
Try to sleep daily at the same time and wake up at the same time, your body becomes habituated to the same time getting into bed and waking up. Then it will be easy for you to fall asleep naturally. Sleep at least 8 hours.

Start using essential oils or aromatherapy, in your routine. Essential oils are natural, safe and the best therapeutic way to cool down your body. You can use lavender oil, chamomile oil or any other essential oils of your choice.
No caffeine after 12 p.m.
Caffeine’s can effect up to 12 If you are not able to sleep at night an overdose of caffeine might be the blame. Try to have any other drinks which have no caffeine in it. Have a cucumber and ginger which will refresh you.
Avoid sugars during night
