Heather Rocha, MS, CRC, NCC
Therapy can support our own ability to grow and change. My approach incorporates neuroscience with time honored practices and compassion for wherever you are in your journey. We will work together to tailor therapy to your values, goals, and needs. I work with disabilities, chronic pain and illness, medical trauma, difficult and abusive relationships, grief and loss, identity development and life changes, neurodivergent individuals, perinatal/postpartum, parents, veterans, and more. I'm happy to include your spiritual practice in your therapy and find moments of humor can support the therapy process.

My underlying approach is existential, which looks at the meaning you make of your experiences and how that guides you. I am trained in Brainspotting and am currently training in Somatic Experiencing. I love being a CRC and the additional tools that offers to support clients navigating disabilities.
