Don Taylor, M.S., RN, PMHNP-BC.
My practice focuses on individualizing care for each of my clients, and supporting each person to utilize their strengths to improve their health and build the best future possible. I treat symptoms of depression, anxiety, effects of past traumas, and other challenges that are impacting daily life. To do so, I work to find a balance of psychotherapy and/or medication that best meets the needs for each person.
I have practiced as a PMHNP for 19 years, and have worked in mental health for 29 years. I have been a faculty member at Oregon Health & Science University since 2004 and am active teaching in the psychiatric nurse practitioner doctoral program.
Please feel free to call or email with any questions or if I may be able to help. I'm happy to talk with you about whether my practice will be a good fit.
